1. Information We Collect
Geolix.ai collects account information (email, name) you provide during sign-up, project configuration (domain, brand, industry) you create, and the operational data required for audits, diagnosis and content generation (task records, usage, billing events). Collection is strictly limited to what is needed to provide the service.
2. How We Use Information
We use the data we collect only to: (1) provide and improve Geolix.ai services, including AI engine calls, reports and analytics; (2) handle billing and quota management; (3) perform required security audits and incident investigations; (4) send product updates and operational notices when you have opted in. We do not sell personal data.
3. Third Parties and Sub-processors
To provide the service, we forward the query text needed to complete an audit to third-party AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, DeepSeek, Doubao, Qwen and Tencent Yuanbao), and forward the billing information needed to complete payment to our payment provider (Stripe). Each third party is bound by its own privacy policy.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Account and project data is retained while your account exists. A deleted project enters a 30-day recycle-bin cooldown during which it can be restored; when it is permanently cleared after the cooldown, the related vectors, graphs, audit records and content outputs are cleared with it. Traffic-monitoring data currently belongs to the project, and its views are no longer accessible after the project is deleted. To export or permanently delete all of your account data, email contact@geolix.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to store the session token and your language and theme preferences (geolix-lang / geolix-theme). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
