1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up or using Geolix.ai (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Enterprise admins are responsible for the actions of their team members.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to: (a) perform any activity that violates laws in your jurisdiction; (b) generate or distribute infringing, fraudulent, hateful, sexual or violent content; (c) attempt to bypass billing/quotas, abuse upstream AI engines, or scan/attack our infrastructure; (d) resell the Service to third parties without written authorization. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Billing
Plan quotas reset monthly; usage beyond the included quota is billed via add-on packs. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law. You may downgrade or cancel at any time, effective from the next billing cycle. See the pricing section on our Services page for full details.
5. Intellectual Property
The Geolix.ai platform software, UI and branding belong to Geolix.ai. Content you generate through the Service (audit reports, generated articles, knowledge graphs and similar outputs) belongs to you; we hold only the minimal processing and display rights needed to provide the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geolix.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any single event is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately upon material breach of these Terms; otherwise we will give you 7 days' notice. After termination, data is retained or removed according to the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and Governing Law
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced in-product or by email before they take effect. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and any dispute arising out of the Service are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If the English and Chinese versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.
